AweSome!

I have found what I have been looking for for a while
A program that playes DVd's VCD's And many other popular and not so popular formats without codecs everything come with the player.
It's called Video Lan Client Don't let the name throw you off. It's does have a higher learning curve than Windows Media Player. But have alot more features that anything I have found plus it is skinable.
VLC (initially VideoLAN Client) is a highly portable multimedia player for various audio and video formats (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, mp3, ogg, ...) as well as DVDs, VCDs, and various streaming protocols. It can also be used as a server to stream in unicast or multicast in IPv4 or IPv6 on a high-bandwidth network.
